dear sir or madam,

we need 1000-5000 spot torch, as you can see in the picture.
duration: 5-6 minimum
flame height: approx. 200mm (must be visible so that it is large flame from afar)
wax pots are filled with the flame, have a big wick in the middle and should be used outdoors.
should be relatively flame resistant to the wind and rain.
dimension of the picture on the spot 120x80mm (diameter x height)

you can produce something like that?
if so, please make you could offer to me? our company is located in germany.
