我都不知道该怎样回复客户，对产品不了解，很感谢这么认真的客户。We have some questions I hope you will be able to advise..But first a little about us...this enquiry is in regards to considering using Linear white Red blue green led wall washers plus others of your products depending upon what suits each individual store..we are a Private Public company in Australia combining of over 120 stores of which myself personally have 5 stores,the thought being since we sell paints and COLOR the waterfall changing of color lighting likely being the best way to promote all the stores retail business.
However...,our power source is 240 volts AC,of course this is easily controlled with a transformer...do you have the suitable transformers...also,they will naturally require a controller and I feel a WIFI system with a wall mounted touch panel control would be best located adjacent to lighted areas...we are looking at the idea of attaching the base ( box ) ? Under the shop front awning between ceiling & wall of the stores therefore mood lighting the both faces approximately a 90 degree flow of light and we would require other of your products for singular focus such as in ground up onto wall also floor roof mounted lights onto above the roof signage.
Do you have a show of your products on you tube ? This would be ver good in collating orders.
Do you do LED sign modules if so please advise .
I would really appreciate your attention to this matter especially regards the power transformer issue / controller issue....We are a fast growing group of paint and color specialist stores although my 5 stores will trial and lead the way.,then I expect the Group would continue with everyone able to see the results.
We have a singular delivery destination / storage at our group office buildings and currently import many products from your country CHINA.
Would you please advise..prices..ideas..delivery arrangements..etc.
