Please read carefully below terms for details:
1.LY will arrange delivery from factory to the Port of Loading (GUANGZHOU, CN only) and pay for this freight cost.
2.LY will deal with customs declaration here and pay for all additional customs fees charged by GUANGZHOU customs.
3.LY will pay for the freight cost from GUANGZHOU port to DESTINATION port.
4.INSURANCE: LY will pay for the Insurance Policy (Insurance conditions: Covering All Risks as per Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses of China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd – “CPIC”).Insured party and Insurance beneficiary will be name of our customers. Meanwhile, original Insurance Policy documents will be sent to our customers directly as soon as we get it from CPIC.
5.Original Bill of Loading and original Insurance Policy, as well as Packing-list and Invoice of Shipping documents will be sent by DHL. ( Copies will be scanned and sent to customers before DHL collection )
