电气施工原则方案
electrical constrution plan
严格按照防爆技术规范和设计要求进行施工是本项目电气专业施工质量控制的重点。
Strictly follow the techanical and design requirement for Ex-area electrical work is the important quality control point of the project.
14.3.1电缆桥架安装
cable ladder/tray installation
14.3.1.1水平安装的电缆桥架平均每隔3米设一个支撑,垂直安装的电缆桥架平均每隔2米设一个支撑。所有电缆桥架的标高均指其底部标高。
Install a support every 3 meters on the horizontal cable ladder/tray and every 2 meters for vertical cable ladder/cable. All the elevation of the cable ladder/tray means the bottom elevation.
14.3.1.2根据设计要求确定电缆桥架的安装位置和走向,先进行定位放线,并标出明显的位置。
Confirm the installation location and direction of the cable ladder/tray, first draw line, mark the installation indication.
14.3.1.3支架型钢应平直,无扭曲变形,焊接牢固,防腐完好。
The supporting structure shall be straight, no deformace, securely welded, with good corrosive protection.
14.3.1.4电缆桥架应平直内部无毛刺,连接紧固。
All the cable tray shall be straight without blurrs inside the cable, and connected to each other tightly.
14.3.1.5 在电缆桥架安装完毕后,按照设计要求每隔20米通过16mm2铜导线接入接地网。
Connected to cable tray into the earthing net every 20m through one 106m2 copper wire.
14.3.1.6电缆桥架内接地线应平敷于线槽一侧,使用螺丝应不小于M8,并加双平垫、弹垫、螺母。
The earthing wire shall be installed on one side of the cable tray, the bolts shall be at least M8 with double gasket, spring gasket and nuts.
14.3.1.7电缆桥架安装应横平竖直,全长偏差不大于5mm。
The cable tray shall be installed neatly, the overal torlerance of the whole pipe shall be less than 5mm.
14.3.1.8电缆桥架在防爆区与非防爆区隔离处或在进出厂房的墙体处,在电缆敷设完毕后按照设计要求使用硅胶体进行密封。
When the cable tray pass through the isolation point between Ex and None-ex area or on access wall of the plant, after the calbe pulling work is complete, seal the whole using silicon material
14.3.2电缆管安装

14.3.2.1 由于是在防爆区,因此电缆管的安装首先要考虑的因素之一是电缆管之间及电缆管与接线箱、穿线盒、电缆桥架之间的连接应保持良好的电气连续性并进行接地,此外,电缆管在与接线箱连接时,必须安装防爆密封接头。电缆管与电缆桥架连处在电缆敷设完备后,应使用防爆密封材料进行密封。
When working on the Ex area, the first that contractor shall considered is the connection between couduits and connection between conduit with junction box, pull box. The connection between those part shall be kept a contiunous electricity. Secondly, when the cable connected to the pull box, ex-proof type connector shall be installed. Using ex-proof materal to seal the conection point where cable connected with conduit after the cable pulling work is completed.
14.3.2.2电缆管与现场电气设备之间的连接使用防爆电气金属软管进行连接。
Using ex-proof flexible metal hose fot the connection between the cable conduit and site electrical equipment
14.3.2.3水平敷设的电缆管支架间距不宜大于2米,拐弯处应在管两端300毫米处安装支架,并用“U”型管卡子固定。
The space between the adjacent support on horizontal conduit shall be less than 2m and install support 300mm to the centerline on both side of the bending area and fixed with U type clamps
14.3.2.4当电缆管的长度超过30米或单根电缆管的直角弯超过2个时,中间应加装防爆穿线盒。
Add ex-proof pull box when the conduit is over 30m or there are more than 2 angle bends.
14.3.2.5电缆管弯曲角度不应小于90度;弯曲半径不应小于管子外径的6倍。
The bending angle of the conduit shall be at least 90 degree. The bending radiu shall be at least 6 times of the conduit outside size.
14.3.2.6电缆保护管在电缆桥架上的开孔位置应在桥架高度的2/3以上,且必须使用专用的开孔器在电缆桥架上开孔.
The hole for cable conduit shall be open at the place which is at least 2/3 of the hight of the cable tray, and the holes must be done by specified tool.
14.3.3电缆敷设

14.3.3.1电缆敷设前应对电缆外观、规格、型号、电压等级进行核实,并用1000V摇表。电缆的芯线之间、芯线对屏蔽层之间的绝缘测量,并做好测试记录,电缆绝缘检测合格后方可敷设。
Check the appearance, size, type, voltage of the cable by 1000v meggar before cable pulling. Test the isolation among the cable cores, and isolation between cores with the sheild, make and keep testing report. Only after the acceptance of the isolation test can the work started.
14.3.3.2电缆敷设前应编制电缆敷设表,并根据现场电缆的分布情况确定电缆的敷设顺序。
Prepare cable list before cable pulling, and decide the pulling sequences as per site conditions.
14.3.3.3 电缆敷设应依次由用电设备端由远到近向配电室敷设。
The pulling sequences shall be: from the far end of the electrical equipment to the cable near MCC.
14.3.3.4电缆的首末两端都应分别有标识,电缆弯曲半径不小于其外径的10倍。
Put identification labels on both sides of the cable, the bending radius of the cable shall be at least 10 times of the outside size of the cable.
14.3.3.5电缆敷设时严禁交叉、排列整齐严格按规范要求敷设。控制电缆不得与动力电缆同穿一根电缆保护管。
Do not pull the cable cross each other, lay them neatly as per specification requirement. Power cable should not be layed on the same cable conduit.
14.3.3.6每根电缆管的弯头不应超过3个,直角弯不应超过2个。
The bend shall not execeed 3 for each cable conduit, the 90 degree bends shall be limited to 2 .
14.3.2.7在电缆管的管口处使用阻燃密封材料进行密封。电机、现场操作柱等用电设备与电缆管之间使用防爆挠性连接管连接。
Using fire-proof material to seal the cable inlet. Electrical motor, site operation station shall be connected by flexiable connection hose to the conduit.
14.3.2.8 电缆引至开关柜等孔部位及电缆穿线管始末端及穿线管连接处,均采用阻燃密封剂严密封堵。
Use fire-proof sealant to seal the end where couduit connected with switchgear.
14.3.4系统接地
system earthing.
14.3.4.1 按照防爆区施工技术规范要求和设计要求,装置区内所有设备、工艺管道(架)及金属构架、钢平台、围栏等应连接成连续的电气通路并接地,采用BVR专用接地线与接地网连接。本项目地下接地部分由土建专业负责施工。
As per ex-area construction and design requirement, all the equipment, process piping and metel structure, steel platform, barrier inside the unit shall maintain continuous electricity and combined into the earthing net through BVR earthing wire. The underground part earthing work shall be responsible by the civil contractor
14.3.4.2 户外露天且且采用金属法兰连接的设备和金属管道的连接处,当过度电阻大于0.03欧姆时,连接处使用金属线跨接。
For the outside door metal flange connected equipment and metal pipe, when the conduct resistance is above 0.03, metal jump wire shall be required
14.3.4.3 平行敷设的金属管道/构架其净距离小于100mm时应使用金属线跨接。交叉的金属管道/构架,当其交叉净距离小于100mm时其交叉处应使用金属线跨接。各跨接点的间距不应大于30m。
Use metal wire jump connect the parallel metal pipe/structure when their distance is less than 100mm. For the corss run metal pipe/structure, and their distance is less than 100mm, use metal wire for jumping connection, the connection point should not execeed 30m
14.3.4.4所有地上接地体连接点和接地体终端连接片采用压接方式连接。接地铜母排的安装高度中心距地0.5m。
All the connection for above earthing wire are compressed type. The earthing copper bar shall be 0.5m above the ground.
14.3.4.5所有地上接地点和接地体终端连接片都应是压制型的。
All the above ground earthing points and terminal connection plates shall be compressed type.
