( K( s5 _6 f4 I6 A4 |  mWith reference to the above mentioned subject we herewith kindly request you to submit us your best price for  complete supply of materials, manufacturing and delivery of Pressure Parts. This project is similar to the Hummel  Sunbury project and based on the NEM fast design.

The information provided in this RFQ package is based upon typical and preliminary NEM information. The RFQ  package remains at all times the property of NEM and shall only be used to prepare your quotation. Unauthorized  copies and providing any information regarding the content of this RFQ and all attached documents to any third  party without written approval of NEM is prohibited.

Free issue materials (if any) will be delivered in liner owned containers.

NEM make the liner owned containers for loading available at the port of import depot, the subcontractor to pick  up the empty containers, bring to the factory, load and bring back loaded to the port of export.

Subcontractor to inform if import taxes/duties/cost have to be taking into consideration in case NEM to supply  FIM materials.

Subcontractor to indicted port of import location that will be used for import the free issue materials (if any)  the port of export for the loaded containers for export.
Subcontractor to inform if NEM have to take additional cost into account, such as taxes, import duties etc.
