Q: -EC certificate, this could be issued by a Chinese certification body but it must be a Chinese certification body recognized by an European body, such as for ex. TUV
-Certificate for electrical safety
-Declaration of conformity
-Each led and its package must have EC mark, together with user’s manual and safety manual
