Please provide a certificate naming XXXXXX as  additional insured-vendor and attach a copy of the completed form used for our records.”
A:平安银行就行，很麻烦的 对供应商的资质要求很高，如果你规模一般你的保险费率会高到吓死你。
Q:是比较麻烦，我们跟他们做的金额也不是很大，要求还这么多，但毕竟是十年的老客户了。
