As a vendor of your products we require a certificate of insurance showing general liability  coverage, including product liability coverage, with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence  and $2,000,000 aggregate; and that we be added as “Additional Insure-Vendor” using ISO form CG  20 15 04 13, or an equivalent company or blanket additional insured form for vendors with a 30  day notice of cancellation or as permitted by law. Please provide a certificate naming XXXXXX as  additional insured-vendor and attach a copy of the completed form used for our records.”

Q:是比较麻烦，我们跟他们做的金额也不是很大，要求还这么多，但毕竟是十年的老客户了。
