( A) t* z, O: T8 t0 Q- T) _& R1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.% h( S( h) y6 M2 Z4 l; B* X% C, J
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
: r+ v2 a/ V, D! F4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.- f4 z' g2 b7 @8 U) C
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.0 l1 k! {& Z9 D8 s" y8 Y
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power6 N) w7 m0 I7 _ } Z% R
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
2 i5 g) g* a( C- c9 ~8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.4 b! v7 \( W3 k/ s- U, G% z, Z
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
