1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.+ B7 S+ y- G$ [, ]/ e
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium., @1 [2 P" s' }- t
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.7 j. S( v* L9 y9 i, ?8 M/ Z
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.7 `% }2 w* z3 w' V0 m& P. E) ?
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power; Y* H& }3 S; u% d+ [1 t
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA0 g. u* A& D- T( [5 ~# s* [
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
( y: G0 l2 x/ x& ]6 G9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
