土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
9 b3 A$ {6 E- P7 p1 R6 e1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
7 _( ]4 I5 i* v9 F- U3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
1 Q6 C. O0 \" X: P; @+ {0 o$ R4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
9 r: E5 x5 z' E3 z, K4 \' h) D. e) z# U5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.

7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA( P' ?7 k; f3 X2 y! k. i: R- F
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.4 m Y2 K8 N) C7 F! x
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.+ O0 D8 i% {' O4 Q4 Q
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen8 a# a) `( N. T$ n4 C% n
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin7 b: C2 P6 G4 x* r0 ^
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC' k2 m4 {7 q- }
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
