土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
5 m( Y0 Z; u% w+ _5 q; n, W1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm./ K# Z4 `2 ~4 H" y3 @5 ^
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium./ O3 @0 U% ?: v/ A+ W9 Q. z
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
: a/ l( o$ h* N) j; D) c) C, f% \5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine. D8 @) I' l N6 {$ H; V
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
8 [$ _: l; m' p, B+ }. V) X7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
9 Q0 @2 `! U( @6 s8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.. {; C# k- {: t1 q4 D
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin
