- n/ `0 V; f: e# w1 I0 CWe need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
& R6 ^( W. B) r# i4 q1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
1 K1 ^+ @% X5 G; A4 C- e3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
n5 u1 W! i5 Q: W4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
' f+ z2 W6 s D5 D, d) q* e5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.. ~3 L# d T& j, |2 G' W) G( |4 v
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
, v% Q G c3 o9 O) H5 P7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA% s+ v: m: |0 x
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
- U- h) O w, o, \4 S$ [7 M; H9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
