土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
7 X0 s% J+ ^8 T- A( k; c1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
/ O! m. C' o! Q4 G$ Z: t I3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.8 r% b0 M; ]6 p) s3 C: l
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked., d& R$ V! H5 ^
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
5 K5 }& J$ r( l6. Led lights should be max. 5W power/ S t' R9 C6 Q( C* u: Z; A
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
% _& Y# m7 F5 U8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.+ l( |4 A% Z5 } q8 i( \
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
( _8 g8 k* ?# I5 Q6 `10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen' O$ w0 ]6 ~, A+ O5 I/ Z( I# A
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin' V6 U/ J2 l/ q6 K( F
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
* g: P: ]* G" h0 u! i& q& y13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
