We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
" e0 Q( R' r( u1 |1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.( f! `! t. b& ~2 m* T( w4 q/ p
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
6 i: W- `4 Y" z( N5 g9 J, Z4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.+ w; y4 [9 }7 o' O' l3 G1 b6 N
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.# ~) X9 p" m! M+ y+ L" Q$ z. d
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
( S( @% \/ `$ S7 t9 c/ v/ O7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
3 ^, c. c' i9 c( e4 T; J8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
* Y g- J4 z& }* Z# R( M9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Length of the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led
