We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
3 s8 K! Z% ?9 m. b1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
8 ~' D( Y% _- _& s5 O6 U( z2 w M3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
& p2 k# a# c d* `' s2 r4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.! p/ B. B; F" o3 F: ~
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
0 ^5 q2 h% d" P$ ?3 T! A3 F6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
' d- z R7 e0 |5 p9 ?& N7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
b8 p1 s7 r: o- f8 p+ X4 e8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.8 V3 u6 R0 i# B8 O# z
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.& a; k! j" o( b% n
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
, l8 A/ @% L, C4 Q11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin' J3 y* \1 }9 y2 d Q7 b) A8 J
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC9 ?' f5 O% ?/ s$ ^
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
1 r4 o! V2 T( V3 Z' w8 E14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Length of the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led7 P' P- E) B8 H+ d: _! v; e/ u: v
