4 y" O$ W j5 {5 H6 O0 u% L1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm., F7 k7 T1 E) G* q; N: N
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
" Y0 ?1 \9 }6 H* j) j4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.7 ]- v' l- b) O. ^5 N6 s6 F
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.# H3 ^: D( h% n. c' j0 w
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
$ J, ?9 g5 c$ B( Q9 Q, s7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
5 p; G3 a& M' U0 ^ \8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.5 O3 n r( d: H6 d; \
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.1 L p1 _! t9 k. J; I9 E2 T0 _
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
