We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
; F- [, l: S; Z# o" F" L! X& c" ^) G+ n1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.) K4 y0 Q6 O0 B5 \
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
: R6 L% L |: ~5 q# G4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
0 T2 i9 n9 h% C% M& U5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
" J4 u: N3 d& l' M6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
: S9 |7 d* h# _7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA; u; }7 e F, r/ S8 O7 r
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
p- S, ^) M+ N) R' U9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.5 B( a. m0 J0 z4 g+ V/ d$ W
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen; K# {) T4 V4 [ F- u/ z
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin. c" w, w, X- U. d- L ]* S. X
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC2 C" c# t; ]! N3 y* {3 X
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
