2 v, R# y, @2 f7 O7 m/ I1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.5 w7 n, Y \2 F# Q
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
" h, P9 x( c3 h% b4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
% A- b' a; _- i& {, i% g5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
! L) Y# m7 `& Q6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
6 H- `6 h8 v+ a z! j E& k7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
( e" C2 V* J3 x) i, n! A; W- r8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.7 i1 e) T+ i* K: `" n2 k
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
