We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?9 `# R3 B9 j; }$ H
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
9 ]2 h/ l% @4 f1 t3 l3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
* t t# n- x+ l$ F# @4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
$ S6 D2 Q& Q2 m. e( x, v$ ~5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
7 z) x* d& k& r. q, _7 q6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
8 d% Q) I8 V8 X4 x3 D7 n5 O" [7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
' R& J/ K# W2 d0 C$ A$ Q8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
! c2 z* k/ z' W' j9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle., m1 m8 V2 F5 i f; ?
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen

12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC+ X8 Y( A5 e# b- c7 V6 O8 G
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.* h8 `3 }; u% g' _, t
14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Length of the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led/ q& U K7 e; P4 z, q2 @
