We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
2 D: l& T g, J1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
* Y& V2 F, j+ f) H$ c3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
" s4 ]! [' C" t* Z/ U( K4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.) w5 L4 y. @2 @# K
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
' a ~7 O/ \, e; I6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
, A( h3 H( D" f7 v2 R7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA3 j$ s$ f# b6 G8 F% J
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.4 E. e/ ?. Y* p6 S1 `& }# S
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin

14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Length of the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led
