1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.- j0 b* |! C% ]* ~! [& F
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
: @2 b$ b' L( N/ \7 I1 W3 `! j K4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.+ Y8 \6 V1 C8 R
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.$ {! Q+ h1 V! Y. ?# Y* C
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
8 y& P+ r% n! X. Z7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA, J) s1 g* O+ d$ A5 [* j0 P- K
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.& u( \; p; I7 F. S( k" f' f
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
