1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
Q! p- E* b' j! J. I3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
1 r' k7 y0 ^, `9 D4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
0 Q1 l% `; R' Q/ s4 `) M5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.: Q+ ]- a/ i, }8 u# S
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power4 R" c# D9 I3 @
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
' j5 ?3 K6 `: I; E9 X' J% X2 _6 c8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
) r: E9 y2 ]% q# ]; q7 ~9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.' t' ?- I$ K$ P% S' |, e e5 L
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen1 f$ k. _0 N3 {5 n) l
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
