土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
( p6 x- x2 J; F! @5 L+ P/ i/ Q1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.. F% E; @5 G1 K* G
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
0 `. R0 k1 `7 i9 s$ N' y0 s5 H4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
% j& P4 i7 ~: a4 t5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.# Z6 q `% @7 i k
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power. q" z0 E5 ^9 U1 h
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA1 l" V. h; t0 b# Z6 d0 k
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
. a7 O) w* x4 j4 n3 U* n8 i1 P9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.; H' I8 Y% P' m5 o0 W# q) \8 c
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen5 y! U1 {" t% Q) f/ x1 e
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin( g5 e. p' _: g5 x' a# S) k( F- M
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
