土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
& g% s: W+ N2 ?- T/ v" _/ y1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.& Z Y/ `$ K4 o! o
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.% o+ n7 d* y$ x. `. \
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
( T9 m; i, ?: A6 B5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
0 E( Z; X+ p" y1 d+ _6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
2 z2 M4 }' F9 U7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
# z! A j6 P4 o/ _& x8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
1 J- W+ k4 M% @8 ?0 u2 P9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
