土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
/ d) r* b( G9 v; V; D5 r6 H1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
1 n$ a$ ^3 z$ ?) P4 k3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
5 x) w4 y) u- F' Z$ k% X% [4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
8 `9 F x2 U6 C# Q; Z" i5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.

7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA2 `* B4 w; q% ?& d+ }0 r7 Z
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
