土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
2 d5 B6 B, O4 H; s* l1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
5 i6 U9 d& p5 `3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.9 j% X5 S' ?( j9 H+ {* P
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.* L+ z7 B8 ]+ a' y
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.

7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA! p3 }# v& f( K9 w; j
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.$ k7 C' d9 m# |! p; X% b. `
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.7 }2 Q* x) d# L+ L
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen) S" ?! ?3 [1 u% v% x
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin' g8 e- y* P) Q2 C
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC& l0 ^ d; R6 [# D' k$ ]
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
