7 R* W; c5 C. Z: k, x2 w( i& dWe need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
1 D; e Z2 Z0 U1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.8 p1 X* B# a9 Y' o5 l: d
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
4 t. _! ?) B& R/ o/ B1 I4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
! G9 C* Q8 c( e& J) X5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.* f+ C% F) ~! J" [5 n* w
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
/ d) e) Z5 s3 b& g7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA) l6 T1 I) G" B
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
$ _3 r1 R8 K1 T9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.) s4 \$ K" v* b
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen

12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC2 a( a( M, }; U8 _% c: s( L
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
