We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
& M. w4 ~4 }/ t' l+ S1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
: q7 @& \! {$ o3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
( O8 f/ h" ^' s/ z, N4 B- l5 M4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
$ [; E3 N) O! E8 R9 e5 O, v& q5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.% \. e: S6 O o
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
2 X0 s! u0 V" A# m& J3 d7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
6 R' @, t, I# \% ]' t( W8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.1 Z7 ~" I8 Y5 v. X: ?& a
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.: l( k8 s3 @3 D
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
