1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.' V1 e: O& Q5 X) ~ B# q
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
% _% D0 S2 H L) L. ~# `4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
0 B1 j, K: a+ D6 r4 A5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.8 S/ w! `) J- ~1 L% e8 _2 t1 S% P
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power6 s8 G- Y5 X( S2 `- X' x
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
7 K, D0 v% P% w9 n8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.7 I0 f- Y" z3 I' e1 a8 t
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
