! X |8 D4 W. H, T( m1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.9 t9 p% n- q+ W+ L. I L
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
# J, ^0 [ ^, D; ?7 I/ u4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked./ o/ N9 c8 [2 }1 Q# q# L
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
9 Q7 U6 k% k! A h3 c d6. Led lights should be max. 5W power! W1 ` ^- a: _8 F5 _# Q' r
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
! H% J/ y' T. J' A6 ^8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
& @0 a6 x+ P4 s9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.6 p7 |* w0 \8 B$ n& C
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen& |' N0 k+ {0 t1 N
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin5 c+ a+ `( \1 E9 I4 L
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC1 w! P9 D9 F- P5 Q7 A
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
