1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
7 P- Q1 y+ d' G/ \: a7 @* J3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.* ~/ y2 G X9 ^4 J) G# z* y
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
6 c% B3 l6 m* j( u8 s5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
( i8 [1 f; B' q& B* j6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
+ i5 H! Z7 b8 M7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA% y5 J8 ^6 U( n9 r: k g
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.1 A/ w5 o. @" h, L
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.2 G5 e2 l" q, ]# y3 V
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen2 k3 n6 M" X! r4 m* ^# f
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin4 v, p% {# E; X" j5 ]2 J/ g b7 b. ?
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC6 k/ Y; H: K6 |( S! s
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.+ ^* v0 |* _# o1 ], M
14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Length of the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led9 j# R, L3 Q) ~- l+ ]% k
