We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
7 h& e/ k( X# j, O8 p }0 U3 \: q% ]1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
k) I/ R8 [5 \2 S3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
l7 V- I8 w5 c' e2 w- C4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
' J4 ^; R; N9 G" V4 p2 F8 }5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine. O7 b3 a: o8 Z+ ]3 e6 _
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
# I$ O# {3 a; B! m8 r2 {7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA9 n5 {: O9 ^3 E) p
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.4 h. @; K+ B) F+ O" I* i z3 o
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin
