We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?* P2 R# L- W8 ~1 v) w( O! d: A/ f' o
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.6 k9 W' k+ b' f0 [
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
. O/ R# F! n1 g' M- X4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
3 Z/ q: h H( }* W5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
2 T6 ~, y9 ?' N! N. u5 G) ]6. Led lights should be max. 5W power, X4 K- s9 |3 i- g4 V: I; D
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
7 N* s4 g) H: c9 j* ^8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.& F+ o( Z$ r9 @3 X! b0 t8 G
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.- w' g6 P( ~; R, E" ~1 Q
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
7 o8 }! v$ B) f7 T, q: \7 u11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin
