3 a( T# c' M+ L$ s l1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.; q+ I7 N; m4 {) j* x
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
! E+ c J4 |% p! m3 G4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
% S, n# z- G, m. H# {% z5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
i4 G* P" Q+ p2 U& _6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
% ?1 D8 i. F6 T3 o+ P7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA# ?$ X' P: Q: I( T6 W
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.6 ^/ h0 `0 m& X, b
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.; b" t7 @7 Z) ]
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen( @% T$ k! S& u
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin
