We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?; ^2 h" N( w5 w: |8 T4 M) G8 `
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.% X- J( I0 ?" Y2 d
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium." ^( B! G& D- K$ M5 S4 |) t
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked." g9 e: w' a; G" K; \4 U1 B% h
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
# D1 j4 k- z& Z+ {6. Led lights should be max. 5W power7 r4 ?& R* C9 a5 I" ^: e
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA8 ?8 W X1 c- L
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
) [, K; X) M, x, _/ r& Y2 U9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle., ^6 x+ K& `( n: d5 q2 [
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
