, t) ~: i( B4 s' r1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
) m2 D& j0 E$ U/ T6 g3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
# m8 U) H* ]0 Q* ^( [" _# _4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
+ V" D$ T2 R) X$ Z2 |5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
8 G9 P; q: K5 H& Y5 `" ]; O& O; b6. Led lights should be max. 5W power h- w5 p& Y6 i+ N E- U7 }
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA( e* ^% E1 s* c k0 p
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
y5 B9 x/ C2 ^1 Z* @6 B% f9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
