We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
* T$ K2 @: }- o, L, D h1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
! \/ a( P6 [ P+ y. y0 r/ O3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
! r4 d: j$ f5 i4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
5 \+ [, k# D2 r E; k5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.7 y# \& c( M: V9 e; u9 `
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power1 q' I0 T/ I: F& J$ i! e8 N
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
* a8 J; J% i, i. o& A3 G9 I" X# [8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken., _! A, `" b# C! S; i
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
" T% N0 V. o. T2 V F10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen- W& L4 T, M6 h% _1 F1 q* P' i
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin
! \* m" y3 l$ b4 Q" b7 v12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
