4 F0 k; k. j, QWe need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?& \( x& n. e: |$ q
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
7 f2 Z" e! M! Z' k3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium." W9 J" y" F5 I) _6 ?3 `( Z$ F z! l
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.! p/ f3 ]/ z; Y8 |
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
& _5 E1 `+ P3 w$ }' ]6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
5 l) u* w. S# i* P* `% R3 M7 j" H7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA4 r: x2 Y! }' \# T; Z9 u
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.: t2 R$ ^5 Z, P. ]
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Length of the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led
