土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
" n- v* M8 d3 }+ E8 S. m/ h1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
' H! |9 N+ Q$ u4 l3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.2 G( e/ c- z( i; W' [" A* i
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
$ ^9 x, d( s* ?7 b$ N' Y) U9 [5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
5 R; @/ u, ^) l, }2 I( | T! g6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
1 n3 l: v* G0 R* l7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
1 y! _4 i z( E: E9 w' U- v: f% z3 p8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
* |& P$ j- t) \ j0 E9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.& m/ r! B- S/ u6 j% t
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen0 {9 q# @0 i: w2 ^6 j
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin/ O1 P! h, v8 ]5 L
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
