We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
( C# Y. p' D# j* x% h( {4 n/ ?4 z# E1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.0 ]8 G4 t6 i7 j0 }/ A+ a
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
8 ?0 o2 E' S% g4 D8 J' F2 T) t8 a4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
% N8 H- [- Z& Z8 A5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.6 ^6 w! {5 \ D4 r" ^8 s" r
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
# y2 i* W) ?0 L7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
# R7 H$ K( f1 ^1 q( A) |8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
# w" i. B3 z9 H4 |/ I, J9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.( O/ R, N) ]7 O% n6 q
14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Length of the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led
