We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?0 ?3 q* P& ^4 y! a( A1 Q1 u7 j
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
V$ }- u; d+ m3 W6 l9 i3 T( j3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.- l" M3 [1 t2 q- _2 x' X5 Z
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.6 o9 f2 ^ I$ W. c- l# d1 t
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
* Y7 V! o" P9 W6. Led lights should be max. 5W power. f: z' c& @- B
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
9 b" R, M" ~8 Y* f8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.1 G( p8 S9 X9 d# m6 T3 Q8 B. g, q
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin L/ _% s8 k3 L
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC r7 Q. I) F9 z& n3 N
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
