We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?% P- h, y# \0 R: J7 ?) ~% k
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.0 j9 _; Y- u' l* S5 P
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.2 { N6 {# H4 i# }4 H/ i; `
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
* n1 ~% I: }" n$ h5 {: e5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.+ w. n0 N( K {
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power. x" P! h) J! c' G( ^
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA3 z6 D7 U7 E8 x) D" ]
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
+ w' i4 }0 n0 t9 T, D/ T! J8 n' A9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
