We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?) l k! \% }" @7 U
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
) {7 `) Z: c+ w% ]# r4 {" s d3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
3 S+ y: ~9 F5 J p4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
* v b- Z: V c+ ^2 p5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.7 s8 Q; B7 d0 u) I" v
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
3 l( P7 M) O6 s4 K+ S4 [7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA0 f/ m+ q4 Q" ]3 T- q, K% f
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
& P) [& G6 _5 w3 J3 u7 ^9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
