We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?: D& }0 n" e. ?
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
7 T% }4 P) S9 o8 H9 d7 w# u$ {/ C3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.6 ~) m1 l; L4 ~+ p1 I" C, S
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
3 ^) y5 n& o2 F8 `5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
B& ~' ~) A$ G1 L/ @6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
; s; ?5 k1 R$ y! U! s& g7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
# U7 V1 o4 z* S. g8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.; t# ~/ Q; W! N5 }6 r
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
