We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
( M6 l" n2 P! P L3 |+ R1 ?# d1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.2 M# s: T) K W
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
3 _8 C4 n; `$ M9 v4 T: H: R/ k2 B4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.: ~$ E! P+ h+ a1 G/ Y4 U* h: {. d
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.3 C0 K2 Z5 U) A! _ O0 ?" [& W
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power. P3 ]1 N$ h- Q3 G, V0 K, z
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
& r/ i' U w9 e1 A& ^7 X3 |2 O8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.# i, X! N" g$ h, a+ W/ A. W) o. t' j
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
