1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
' f: w& {8 ~, F3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.# [( |& i3 e( u
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.; J5 o* f! o0 k3 I: l
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.

9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
