1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.. J! |* D% j: b
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
$ d0 @ w/ T7 M2 v4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.' r6 B) L9 T' Z9 E% t4 K6 P! d5 ?
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.

7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA

9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
