1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.1 M6 G) T; m' O4 D8 \
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.+ g: f" O3 g/ V# F
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
% b% u2 N$ }: d" F) V* T" d E5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.% \2 l$ t! c$ l6 p- A9 \
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power9 p+ |! R7 i- h7 T( e
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
8 n( E, P; K8 b5 z* N4 s8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.2 q) Q8 H. [. i2 S
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.5 n' W5 @4 [9 _6 s* W) o/ b: M" i
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
