2 |3 P2 U( [. ]6 b' w1 ^ p1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.! U7 A8 S/ \& c' I1 t1 `( N6 f
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium. q7 n Z$ f( U$ B. x
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.1 K3 \+ U1 B q
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.( E D0 @* A3 b$ b/ X
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
7 e3 h2 u0 G% |* n: s7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA& |/ k- i& m6 e
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
