We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?- C/ ?& i+ E; K0 N
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
! s1 [4 X+ r! t0 b# Z3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.. M0 o: X& v8 _! T9 {: u5 ^
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.; R4 w( d* A) d0 @) ]- z
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.# k* L+ v$ A- ~$ ]) u9 u! Z
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power$ c2 E, W- ?' P- V1 o% |
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA- ~6 w# x& o- X9 t% b2 E
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.8 {4 I1 W T2 k$ ~( ~
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
