1 ]2 N/ P; T( L1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.% w3 o( k% c9 S- `% A2 _
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.+ ^% |. t) {" X1 I' D2 k$ m# ^
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.; j" d5 j5 v" \9 u& y; D. `+ t+ ]
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.6 J% |) W7 I8 x. K
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
( ?) s7 ~1 s+ k$ E5 F7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA f8 S. [2 s2 f: b- p9 c
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
