We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ? e2 L7 s$ Z2 w
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
3 G" z# q, A7 Y2 ?. g) g( I: X3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
0 a$ ~7 w: U4 B4 l6 M" k) p4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
% u% y: o7 h- M! W4 A5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.2 c& n$ M4 N% P5 H& d) z
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power# R! H9 L7 T# }, P' G
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA/ i1 l' A7 c! U; f9 ]8 K
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
' d( }( p5 J' C9 j1 t. A9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
