1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm." d6 t- ?' A3 C: W
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.* [! r \, N/ L
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
; {5 y) ^% _" ~5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.1 m$ T7 l5 `5 m) z( v
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
. |/ f0 x9 A2 H1 _7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA! e- |/ m; o8 X% f8 x1 K
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken. q) w8 Y- g8 u4 J) u
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.4 t/ u: F# @0 S% {! N
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
