1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.7 M$ L# L) P; e9 l
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium." y8 I1 `, `, F" A' V1 s
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.8 f% v* ]; I* R& g% W `) V
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
9 K9 ~5 K& J( U" V& \1 y6 \6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
# m/ ?& {$ W! ]3 P6 F7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA" u6 i% P9 F" @9 D- c
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.5 E/ b5 q9 T. Y! H( x
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.# [2 W+ R+ H; }! _
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen

12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC4 P5 g4 i% s+ ~! }2 f; d& j& a
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
