We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?- |- Q( N+ x! N2 E2 K) G
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
& z8 b4 q4 n7 f/ A$ X- r. ~4 H3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
S/ @, D- h% L f8 o4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.$ u* R/ i' i7 J" S- Y# m) t- @
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.5 W c) j% V. H( W
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
" V- U# e1 N9 J. ^8 q/ D7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
5 c: r, h& X5 O- }+ Q* I, @8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
# M! j1 f* A" G% ~* N9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
