1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.3 ]2 \: K& ]$ D
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium., x) \. z" D J' [( W
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
+ z" X! k6 K1 r1 T0 {5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
. V5 ?1 r( t& a6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
8 H/ H+ B% J% U- x) R7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA6 I" o; I3 q& ^1 o0 R( ^
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.( L3 F3 F) A( Z( j9 \7 q
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.5 ^0 B! l+ }8 K+ N/ E) f1 |1 O! l
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
