5 L( m# R" J' e: [8 K& x- m+ rWe need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
6 K! H, Q$ g) y! u& b1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
5 d# a, H) ^ A5 H3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.& b' j- ], [1 h9 g7 V
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
; A/ R# s& }" b) w4 J5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
( m! _! `) b4 e* X6. Led lights should be max. 5W power& k: l+ Y$ ~& Q" V- U( H3 U
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA/ z# U5 f$ g3 H9 ?" P [5 b
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.& x; R" z1 D T1 p
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
( n1 P& f, h2 n7 {& f2 w10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen

13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
