土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
* Q8 |/ ~' Q' f$ Z' D1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.9 u0 G! X$ S5 {- M( R* }# K0 x
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.4 i; e* b; @9 }, c
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
2 x9 X+ j+ a% w& o% m3 j5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
7 }" Z Y, q# m6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
' _7 K) T" b4 [9 @# E4 z( o7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA0 J) F9 J8 b, F7 Z6 |0 p
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.' ]( l( X& |6 J9 T
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.% q& {/ Q) H* O! S" X6 v4 j
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
