We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
, i0 Z* Q$ m& L0 j' j0 A" g1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.. z2 P. h/ H, N. ?% @- l
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
2 b1 c& P3 L) P3 ?; ]* p: [2 P! a4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.) N. V# v h2 K: m; s' X
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.: m: n- Q, ^% i y: U% F& g* {
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
: ]- c7 v, K" J$ k7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
" D% m; E% \0 C9 ~8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
' ^" Q* X" i2 P* R9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
