We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
6 f3 q4 f: Y; K; O1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
( ^% D5 g" n6 C0 g7 t# r* ~2 M, Z3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.5 v9 R5 V1 i9 s" q: ]) d* `7 L2 [
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
' y4 I* G7 R$ V( I9 d2 ^" v$ P5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.; L% j/ f1 G8 l/ x$ |# M5 x
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power i+ h0 z% c5 _" W
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA0 i/ e3 u: F. o7 }
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.9 ?, r+ d) w* f1 s+ R( i0 d# u5 w
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle." u. O' C% c t0 e
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
