土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
! X- w. s4 `# H: S8 @1 d2 x: u1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.- c& H6 u8 Q, V# e: F+ ~
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.! U8 v+ C6 @! n* |, I
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.# Z8 S1 q; c! r4 s* ~
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
% m# ~6 q" S- N6. Led lights should be max. 5W power) U6 w* F! K' C
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA/ y0 r4 R0 u: V H
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.

10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
