We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
) ~& ?1 U# j- a* T. C4 x1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
3 M8 U2 ]9 k6 G+ S$ ~; k3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.4 W* N4 Y1 L( K+ t) x3 j7 v9 L
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.. p( l- h' e& v* ?+ W, A* p
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
0 q. o( ]: W) `( h, L, _6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
3 l( l# N$ v. ]5 U& K7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA4 k& `" r' q# H. C' A& v
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.+ P( \2 |( J N; ? Y7 W
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.# K- G% c1 P3 q# `9 K# [
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
