土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led Spotlight

We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
/ W& u d1 n- P, ]9 p0 E* ~1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
9 ]+ `# ?0 G% s# F3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.; N! G4 B, a) X0 {( \
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
# I9 Y3 t0 }% F9 Z9 K5 q5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.- y5 V- {/ \, Z( b' c
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
9 M+ N1 f. i; {( J% Q2 T) P, w! K( [( m7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
g' C! k+ o2 Z2 C8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
, F: X1 ` B! C$ z! n6 o3 z9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin) q7 s, j- P& o4 a( G( d9 A! o2 [
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC: N. }( r+ r3 J: u% Z- ]
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
