1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
" b, h7 V- H, y& D/ K3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.$ b5 e9 y/ }& l$ h2 N; f: F. p
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
" ^9 c! _1 s [( Z# D5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.! u0 S; N" C" G; S/ X8 t8 U5 u
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power! O' B0 e2 q0 f) h
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA2 D3 O8 z& ]* Q# b
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.& T4 v4 e. A0 t9 N* @$ J
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.

11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin I& u# n, I: L
12. Driver circuit will resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
