We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?% w, u6 s7 ^: T' K. e) W$ t
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.' {/ h r$ N1 k/ n: [9 D
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
1 _! ^8 }) _, j4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.6 r7 g X1 m" q5 k* W
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.' m L( N* B9 `7 r7 j/ x
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power7 Q9 o& h" P6 J4 X+ q
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA/ m. _4 ^, p* U B
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.- a' m& Y3 b( E" S7 p# ~
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.5 W# i0 S7 V: m; ?. i# o8 @( S
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen; g' x: Z9 X( }: \: i
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin9 i5 s0 l p" w
