We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
0 E& U/ U% T2 B9 N P' @5 f N1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
4 I5 k$ j" I' K9 k3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
: z- }7 m# i& f2 J3 r0 u) A4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked. d# `# M' J1 T
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
& i4 N( B w" M! h o7 n/ ~, j( ^6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
6 d+ o! U' T, _9 j J7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA, k4 A9 R1 i; I$ {: M7 b1 r
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.9 n7 ?) n! \7 d/ m9 [
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
