1.Brand- There're many brands, Epistar(Taiwan brand) is the most competitive, San'an is best in Chinese brands.

3.Brightness- this is complex, <50lm/W and >120lm/W are neither good. Low lumens means low brightness, >120lm/W maybe high decay=short lifespam.7 r7 Q' |2 G% p6 o# }+ ]' \' u! `
4.Average of lightoutput- When you look at the light, it is average, but not somewhere dark, somewhere bright.
