1.Brand- There're many brands, Epistar(Taiwan brand) is the most competitive, San'an is best in Chinese brands.* v& K. W; ^# o- H( p
2.Testing by aging equipment is more direct way; I2 H- F4 Q* a5 f3 p( R
3.Brightness- this is complex, <50lm/W and >120lm/W are neither good. Low lumens means low brightness, >120lm/W maybe high decay=short lifespam.6 K6 X/ D8 O% z M' J8 V
4.Average of lightoutput- When you look at the light, it is average, but not somewhere dark, somewhere bright.
