1.Weight- for aluminum, the more heavy, the more thick the body , the better

Part Two. LED

3.Brightness- this is complex, <50lm/W and >120lm/W are neither good. Low lumens means low brightness, >120lm/W maybe high decay=short lifespam.
4 \+ H% V" D* g- l) K4.Average of lightoutput- When you look at the light, it is average, but not somewhere dark, somewhere bright.
