伊朗LED照明灯具客户需要reverse mount smd led

I'm looking for products with the following specifications:
we need reverse mount SMD LED
shape of head should be circular and when LED mounted head should comes out of PCB hole
% ^  u$ W' f& V( [I attached a sample shape which is OK , but other types may be acceptable .
