A: MCN是Mercosur Common Nomenclature的缩写，是一个南美自由贸易组织，这项应该是要该系 统的关税号。
$ p& { B, w; QNCM号码就是报关时用的HS编码,海关代码书上可以查到每个商品对应的编码,根据这个编码可以 查到退税多少,有什么监管条件
