We are a Led light manufacturing company in India and buy LED parts and accessories for making above type of lights. We buy few types of complete lights also but those costing below RMB 2.5 per watt.

1. Flood light casing from 10 watt to 200 watts including the conventional type and also few latest types.' p; H; j9 Z) E& H6 c" p. v
2. Street light casing of 30 / 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 & 250 watts. ( o5 { } K( n& _4 B' |8 x
3. High bay light casing of 30 / 50 / 100 / 150 & 200 watts.

1. Both COB and SMD type with 5730 / 2835 or similar are welcome. 5 P1 y# w8 W# U
2. ADC 12 and if possible LM1 for die cast and purest form of aluminum extruded heat sinks for high bay.

4. Very heavy, we repeat very heavy casings needed (net weight of the casings is must in the quotations), as India is climatically a hot country and heat dissipation is an issue. " J& p) V: M: h8 ]# U0 B& E
5. Color of the casing need to be matt / sand black preferably but others also acceptable.

12. Painting to be powder coated and of top quality.
; n* g9 ^( Q9 e/ P0 Q: D8 ], S13. Reflector to be from 400 to 600 mm dia for high bay light and could be in various finishes including anodized, chrome, chequered, painted and various attractive types.

15. For high bay, the dimensions and weight of the heat sink along with weight of the whole casing is must.
