NEM is currently quoting on the Texas I project located in the USA.
NEM Energy B.V. is the preferred supplier to design and deliver two (2) horizontal Heat Recovery Steam Generatorsbehind Siemens SGT5 gas turbines for the concerning combined cycle power plant project.
With reference to the above mentioned subject we herewith kindly request you to submit us your best price forcomplete supply of materials, manufacturing and delivery of Pressure Parts. This project is similar to the HummelSunbury project and based on the NEM fast design.
Please consider NEM standard specifications when you prepare your price.
The information provided in this RFQ package is based upon typical and preliminary NEM information. The RFQpackage remains at all times the property of NEM and shall only be used to prepare your quotation. Unauthorizedcopies and providing any information regarding the content of this RFQ and all attached documents to any thirdparty without written approval of NEM is prohibited.
Quotation requirements
Only quotations based on the Excel template included in this RFQ will be considered during evaluation.
Your quotation shall be based on the below mentioned information:

Materials:
·Bare/raw material have no limitation to the country of origin
Delivery terms
FAS, hooked for break-bulk Items and FCA for Containerized Items according to Incoterms 2010 port of export (tobe specified).
Free issue materials (if any) will be delivered in liner owned containers.
NEM make the liner owned containers for loading available at the port of import depot, the subcontractor to pickup the empty containers, bring to the factory, load and bring back loaded to the port of export.
Subcontractor to inform if import taxes/duties/cost have to be taking into consideration in case NEM to supplyFIM materials.
Subcontractor to indicted port of import location that will be used for import the free issue materials (if any)the port of export for the loaded containers for export.
Subcontractor to inform if NEM have to take additional cost into account, such as taxes, import duties etc.
Packing shall be suitable for open air storage for one (1) year.
Delivery Schedule
· Notice to Proceed 01-February-2017
· Delivery HRSG #1 15th December 2017
· Delivery HRSG #2 15th January 2018
· Delivery terms FAS hooked international PoE (please advise PoE)
General matters
We kindly request you to return by email:
· Confirmation of receipt of this Request for Quotation,
· Confirm that you will submit your quotation as soon as possible, latest bid due date,
· Please quote the effect of the appendix 34 (included in zip file) as an optional price.
· Please quote the cost of hydro testing with Demi water as an optional price.
With your quotation we request confirmation that you comply with our specifications and requirements. Indicateyour deviations, if any separately in our deviations and exception form.
The NEM general terms of purchase are applicable.
If required, Advance payments and materials payments and final payments will only be made against bank guaranteesfronted by a Dutch bank in with its offices in the Netherlands.
· Price : prices in Euro’s and/or US Dollars and/or in local currency. Final currency to be decided on the dateof contract
· Warranty period : forty eight (48) months after last delivery,
· Commercial quotation date : November 18th, 2016
· Validity of your proposal : three (3) months
Please provide the shop load and engineering planning (including planned manpower) and your expected projectschedule based on these two (2) units.
Prices shown must be firm for the duration of the possible purchase order, including suitable transport packingand including all applicable duties and taxes.
