土耳其灯具照明客户需要3200个LED射灯Led SpotlightDear Sir / Madam ,
We need 3200 pieces Led Spotlight which have below specifications. Could you please send your price quotation and delivery time for this product ?
1. Led lights body should be in white colour , they must be produced from aluminium alloy material2. The leds dimensions will be Ø50x53mm.
3. The cooler base card should be produced by aluminium.
4. The leds will be lined up on double sided FR4 printed circuit board, the surface where the leds are lined up will be white masked.
5. The body of the leds should be produced automatically by computer controlled CNC machine.
6. Led lights should be max. 5W power
7. Operating voltage should be 9-24 VDC and will operate between 300-400mA
8. The transparent surface in front of the leds will be produced from the materials nonflammable and safe when it is broken.
9. The internal reflector will look like a standard halogen lamb and will have 90-100 degree entrance angle.
10. Ligthing will be between 200-300 lumen
11. The luminous colour will be between 2700-3200 kelvin
12. Driver circuitwill resist against to voltage changes up to 60V DC
13. Driver circuit will be buck type , and will have DC-DC , and will have constant current technology.
14. For the connections, 5,33 mm needlelike socket will be used. Lengthof the socket will not exceed the height specifed for the led

1.Photo-biologic tests
2.ROHS Certificate (: EPA 3050B:1996,EN1122:2001 and relevants standard)
3.CE Certificate (EN55015:2006+A1:2007+A2:2009, EN60598-1:2008+A11:2009, EN60598-2-2:2012 and relevants standard)
4.LM80 10000 hours life test
